Thank you for choosing John Paul College for your child's education.
For Direct Entry enrolments to John Paul College for children from Prep – Year 3, or for older students, who meet the entry requirements as outlined in Direct Entry to John Paul College requirements, please send in the following documents to the Registrar:
- Application form
- Application Fee ($200)*
- School reports for the last two years
- Copy passport /visa
- Student Medical Profile
- Homestay Application Form (if required)
For all other International Students, please refer to John Paul International College.
*The Application Fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application
On receipt of these documents, the Registrar will contact you to inform you of the availability of places in the nominated year level of entry. If a place is available, the Registrar will send to you a:
- Letter Of Offer
- Written Agreement to be completed, signed and returned
- Tax Invoice for payment
Finally, documents will be issued to assist the visa application process:
- A Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)
- A Confirmation of Accommodation and Welfare Letter (CAAW). Only for students under 18 years of age who will not be living with a relative in Australia. Please refer to the Accommodation & Welfare Policy
Please be advised that it may be necessary to place your child's name on a waiting list, when year level places are unavailable.
